Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Acebazaar’s effortless returns policy makes it very easy to replace or return an item. All you have to do is just log in to your account on our website, choose the product on ‘My Orders’ page & simply click on ‘Return’ or ‘Replace’ and you’re done. Please ensure the following for smooth & hassle free returns;

  • Original tags are not discarded from the product.
  • The product is not damaged, stained or torn.
  • The product is not used, scrubbed, rinsed or cleaned.
  • Promotional product or accessory with the final product are not missing.


  • Item is physically damaged/defective or varies from the description.
  • Wrong item delivered. (color, style, size or quantity)
  • Missing parts or accessories.


In case of smooth & hassle free returns, we will credit the amount paid by you in the original mode of payment. You can even raise a return request for all the products in your order. Once you raise a return request, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup from your location at a time slot decided by you.

  • Please ensure that the products are returned undamaged, unwashed with proper packing labels and tags.
  • The replacement/returns will be initiated only for those items which are found to be defective/damaged.
  • Refund shall be issued after a thorough quality check.
  • Any product along with the promo gift or combo must be returned in complete condition.
  • As a standard industry practice, products on sale shall not be considered for Returns or Exchange.
  • Replacements will depend on product’s availability.
  • Item sold like sets/combos cannot be returned or exchanged individually.

Our Delivery Executive will refuse to take the return or exchange if:

  • Original tags/labels are discarded from the product.
  • All manuals, leaflets, warranty/guarantee cards should be intact.
  • Product is damaged, stained, washed or torn.
  • Promotional products or freebies or accessories along with the product are missing.

All products listed under a specific category may not have the same replacement/ period. Kindly view the particular item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any omissions to the cells below –

Category Period Conditions
Clothing (Sarees, Jumpsuit, Gown, Dress, Kimono) 15 Days You may return for an exchange within 15days of delivery as long as it is unwashed, undamaged, unworn, and with all original tags, labels, manual, warranty/guarantee cards.
Accessories (Women/Men) 15 Days You shall return the product for an exchange within 10 days of purchase.
*Sunglasses should be returned with its original box and proper label.
Bags (Women/Men) 10 Days You shall return the product for an exchange or replace within 10 days, so long as it is not torn, stained, destroyed and with all original tags and barcode.
Luxury Watches (Tissot, Raymond Weil, MK etc) No returns/refunds are offered. All sales are final unless there is a manufacture defect.

Returns Processing & Pick-up

Your product will be reviewed for the following conditions during pick-up;

  • Name/Image/Brand/Article Number/SKU/Serial Number/MRP Tag/Barcode should not be detached and should be visible.
  • Additional accessories, freebies, combos, starter kits, manuals etc. should be present with the product.
  • The genuine/vegan leather product like handbags, wallets, belts and/or watches should be unused, unwashed, undamaged and without any scratches, tears or holes.
  • Products original packaging/box should be undamaged.

Our logistic partner should refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not satisfied.

The refund will be processed once the returned product is received by our team for any product/commodity/merchandise for which a refund is to be initiated.

The Refund Will be processed within 7-10 working days. Refund will be made in the original mode of payment in the next 7-10 working days once the product is picked from your place.

You will have to send us your bank details for Cash on Delivery orders and we shall credit the amount in your bank account.
