Shipping Policy

We at Acebazaar have an easy & hassle free shipping policy. We sense that our customers are excited to receive their order once it is placed and hence we have introduced “Hassle-Free Shipping Policy” to ensure smooth & transparent shipping experience to our customers. Our “Hassle-free Shipping policy” guarantees an appropriate inspection of the products, timely delivery, excellent quality packaging & barrier-free communication at each stage of shipment. You can even track your orders in ‘Track My Order’ section.

  • We offer FREE shipping on most orders above INR1000*
  • We ship on all business days, excluding public holidays.
  • Domestic orders would be processed within 2 (two) days but sometimes it might take longer as per the availability of products.
  • Some orders might take more than 2-6 days from the date of the invoice due to availability factors.
  • There may be deferment in delivering orders to outskirts/remote areas/villages or other towns as delivery is dependent on courier companies.
  • Please place different orders if you are willing to purchase multiple items and wants them to get shipped to different addresses.
  • We will share the shipper’s reference number/docket number/airway bill number and/or Tracking Id through EMAIL/SMS once the order is shipped from our end.
  • We are not responsible for any time-lag/delay by courier companies in delivering the products to the end customers.
  • We are not responsible if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
  • All our orders, including freebies/gifts will be shipped with a price tag as per the regulations of Indian Tax.
  • Our Hassle-Free Shipping Policy assures that your order will reach in the best condition. Please don’t accept the delivery if you feel that the shipped order is in bad condition or the packaging has tampered.
  • While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

PS:  The delivery time quoted on the product page is estimated delivery time and not actual delivery time. The actual delivery time is counted upon certain factors inclusive of;

  • product availability,
  • location where the product needs to be shipped,
  • issues faced by logistics partners and/or
  • any other circumstances which is out of control and which may affect delivery.
